Technology

Technology

In the manufacturing process of pre-fabricated wooden panel and modular homes it is common to use standard structure assembly joints that have been tested and proven to be successful, therefore, we can guarantee their quality and longevity.

How do we provide the best solution to every client? The answer is – by choosing the best quality components for the end product.

Tested, standard solutions

We use them to connect the walls, roof, etc, in a great variety of designs. All that creates a safe environment that guarantees a great long-term quality of the building.

Using high-quality membranes for each design.

We use ProClima membranes for the exterior walls, roof and ceiling in order to make sure that the construction of the building is safe in a long-term. These membranes serve for a way longer time in comparison with other equivalents. The life span of these membranes is up to 50 years, so this particular solution results in accurate functioning of the wooden constructions.

Internationally recognized heating systems

According to the needs analysis of the client, all our designs include a heating system together with Alpha Innotec ground heat pump that ensures an economic electricity consumption. In addition, it is easy to monitor it.

Ventilation System

Regular air circulation and appropriate humidity level indoors is of a great importance to contribute to a well-being of the client. This would facilitate your performance at work, quality sleep and it would also prevent formation of any new allergies.

Security System

In order to take a good care of our clients, we are also suggesting to include a modern and reliable security and fire alarming system in the house.

Technological processes during the manufacturing stage of wooden panel and modular homes are similar and precise continuous repetition helps us create a high-quality and tested end product. TREA HUS provide tailor-made designs by adapting them to wooden panel or modular homes types.

Wooden Panel Homes

Modular Homes

  • Raw materials quality control
  • Exterior wall panels’ production
  • Interior wall panels’ production
  • Ceiling panels’ production
  • Roof panels’ production
  • Panels’ packaging before transportation in accordance with the mounting scheme
  • Raw materials quality control
  • Exterior wall wooden panels’ production – carcass, sound isolation and insulation filling, mounting of membrane, quality control of measurements and sealing once the modular home is assembled
  • Interior wall wooden panels’ production: carcass, sound isolation – insulation filling, OSB, mounting of plasterboards and lathing, quality control of measurements and sealing
  • Ceiling and roof construction production
  • Floor panels production (with or without floor heating installation)
  • Panels mounting by setting up the modular construction
  • Plumbing and electricity installation (electricity, water pipelines, sewage) and inspection
  • Windows mounting
  • Interior works in accordance with the level stated in the agreement (primer coating of walls and ceilings, painting, mounting of interior doors and flooring)
  • Temporary roof cover melting (removed on the reception of the module)
  • Module packaging for transportation

The most significant difference between both types is in the mounting of the carcass and the creation process. Panels are produced for the wooden panel homes in the factory, after that our workers do assembly works that lead to creating the whole carcass of the building. Whereas, in the second solution case– modular home – module is manufactured from inter-connecting wooden panels that eases the process of mounting it. If you go for a modular home the result is more likely to be seen faster from the moment of delivery. That’s because in comparison to a wooden panel home, a modular home is almost done after it’s been mounted, including windows, exterior finishing and electric installation.

All panels are provided with:

  • carcass made according to the design
  • sound isolation and insulation sealing
  • assembly of membranes and other components
  • sealing and dimensions quality control
